Cheeky Tiki Warning: includes a lot of tiki mischief and setting things on fire (not you). To start, you’ll learn about the colourful history of tiki, then you’ll be schooled in the importance of the ingredients in tiki cocktails and the flavours that come with them. You’ll be guided through creating (and drinking) two classic tiki cocktails before watching us make the most famous tiki drink – the Zombie. The class is rounded off with a head-to-head Zombie making competition and parting shots for the road.
